ABOUT US
Building aself-reliantsociety.
We are dedicated to transforming lives through sustainable solutions — built on industry experience and driven by on-ground execution.
We believe a worker is not a cost to be managed, but a person to be lifted — and that when you lift a worker, you lift a family, a factory and a whole community with them.
Nai Chetna Foundation was born in the industrial heart of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand — where thousands of workers power the factories that drive India's growth, yet too often remain locked out of the stability that growth should bring. Founded in 2026 by people with deep on-ground industry experience, we exist to change that equation.
We take a 360-degree approach. It takes more than one intervention to move a family from insecurity to self-reliance — so we work across three connected pillars at once: skills, security and the next generation's education.
Our Vision
Building a self-reliant society — where every individual has the skills, security and knowledge to shape their own future.
Our Mission
To bridge the gap between underserved communities and opportunity through skill-building, children's education and accessible information about social benefit schemes.
Our Purpose
To ensure every individual and their children — regardless of background — can access skills, quality education and the welfare programs that uplift their lives.

Target Beneficiaries
Our model is built around lasting outcomes, not one-time aid. Skills that lead to jobs. Awareness that leads to enrollment. Education that roots families in stable communities.
Dignity
Every person we serve is an active participant and future leader — never a passive recipient of aid.
Self-Reliance
We measure success by independence earned, not aid distributed. Skills outlast handouts.
Awareness
Knowledge is power. We make sure people know — and can claim — the rights and schemes that are theirs.
Education
A child in school is a family putting down roots. We protect the next generation's future.
Community
We work cluster by cluster, building local institutions that the community itself can sustain.
Integrity
Outcome-driven and transparent. We report what changed in real lives, not just activity counts.
Every program links directly to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Quality Education
Keeping workers' children enrolled, learning and supported.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
Skilling workers for dignified, secure, better-paid employment.
No Poverty
Moving families from insecurity to self-reliance, one cluster at a time.
Gender Equality
Special focus on the girl child, women workers and working mothers.
